We offer technical support services for Microsoft Windows platforms.
For our
Microsoft customers this frequently means locking the doors that Microsoft leave wide open. Remember that
Windows is designed for ease of use at the expense of security and reliability, and by default does little to protect your data
from unauthorised access.
A partial solution is to install a firewall package, but that is not usually sufficient. In addition
we implement an appropriate selection of the many security and other updates available from Microsoft.
One of our many support services is the provision of, or upgrade to, a
secure broadband internet connectivity
package for customers located both within our physical service area, and where broadband is available. This can have
maintenance options if required.
